Q: How do I let you know what name I want on my necklace?

A: Please use the text box fields on the product pages for all of our custom pieces to inform us of the information you wanted included. If you forget to do so, we will reach out to get the information. 

Q: How long will to take to get my Baby Detail Bar necklace?

A: All of our pieces take 7-10 business days to produce as they are completely customized to your request. Shipping will depend on your location. 

Q: Does the length of the necklace only include the chain?

A: The length of our pieces take into account the chains and the pendants. 

Q: How can I choose the font that I want?

A: The font options are shown in the photos of the products themselves. Just scroll through and you will see the options.
